Mr. Dibyajyoti Pattanaik
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Pattanaik brings over two decades of rich experience in microfinance, micro-enterprise development, and development sector consulting. Before joining People’s Forum as Program Head and CFO in 2007, he worked with various public and development sector institutions in diverse roles. Currently serving as Director of Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd., he plays a key role in shaping the Group’s strategy for inclusive and technology-enabled financial services. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in advancing tech-led financial inclusion, including the conceptualization and development of A-Pay, Annapurna’s digital payment solutions app, which later led to the establishment of Annapurna Tech Universe Private Limited as a dedicated fintech organization. He has also served as Vice-Chairperson of MFIN and currently holds the position of President of OSAFII (Odisha State Association of Financial Inclusion Institutions), actively contributing to the financial inclusion ecosystem. Mr. Pattanaik holds a postgraduate degree in management from EDII, Ahmedabad, and a finance certification from the Boulder Institute of Management, USA.
Mr. Gobind Chandra Pattanaik

Mr. Pattanaik is a pioneer in the field of microfinance and has consistently remained at the forefront of developmental initiatives and microenterprise building. With a Master’s degree in Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), he brings over three decades of experience in microfinance, development sector operations, and inclusive financial services.He has been instrumental in establishing several shelter homes and rehabilitation centres for women and children in Odisha, demonstrating his deep commitment to social welfare.Driven by a strong vision for creating sustainable livelihoods—especially for women—he founded Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. and continues to guide its growth with purpose and integrity. Beginning his professional journey as a social worker, he dedicated himself to livelihood creation, rehabilitation programmes, and community development.As an advisor to various district administrations and a key contributor to community-based institutions, his lifelong mission toward social empowerment has earned him widespread recognition and numerous prestigious awards.
